Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The Concierge greets guests, residents, and employees, manages calls, and communicates messages. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing inquiries, collecting and distributing materials, and supporting dining and move-in/out processes.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors; answer inquiries and provide information.
• Manage external and internal calls; take and communicate messages.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Update daily resident phone list, roster, Move-In/Move-Out register, and sign-in logs.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Coordinators.
• Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
