The Avalon of New Albany in Ohio is seeking a hospitality focused Concierge. You will greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers with warmth and professionalism, serving as the first face visitors see.

Responsibilities include providing telephone coverage, resolving issues without escalation, handling deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager on projects.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills are required.
• Part-time schedule: Every other Tuesday & Friday and alternating weekends, 4:30pm-8pm on weekdays, 9am-4pm Saturday, 9am-3pm Sunday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers without escalating; ensure objectives are met.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify residents.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
