Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center in Lewis Center, OH is seeking an evening and weekend front desk Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests, and staff while representing our hospitality standards. You will handle telephone coverage, resolve issues, and coordinate package deliveries and maintenance requests to support residents and staff.

Hours are 4p-9p on weekdays and 8a-2p or 2p-9p on weekends; pay starts at $15 per hour with benefits varying by employment status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
