Job summary

Seaton Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a friendly Concierge to join the team in Maryland. You will greet guests, residents and staff, manage external and internal calls, take messages and provide general information.

Responsibilities include answering phones, routing messages, greeting visitors, assisting with tours, coordinating with dining and marketing, keeping reception organized, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors, answers inquiries and provides directions.
• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
