Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster daily; maintain Move-In/Move-Out Register.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents and staff; maintains desk area.
