QSL Management is seeking a Concierge for The Blake at Charlottesville to provide first-class hospitality to residents, guests, and staff. You will manage front desk tasks, greet visitors, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

The role requires a caring, service-minded individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking in a busy 24-hour operation, including weekends and holidays. A professional appearance and team focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong grammar and clear communication.
• Ability to greet residents and guests warmly and manage front desk tasks.
• Prior office experience and comfort with basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees, you are our first impression.
• Fulfills front desk responsibilities to include answering the phone courteously with proper greetings and directs visitors appropriately, to ensure appropriate in/out procedures are followed
• Ensures that lobby and front porch area is clean and free of trash
• Assist with activities conducted in the lobby near phone and front door and leading of weekend/evening activities when less traffic occurs.
• Assist with other general office tasks upon request.
