Job summary

The Blake at Lafayette in Lafayette, LA is seeking a friendly Concierge to provide high-level hospitality to residents, guests and staff. You will be the first impression at the front desk, greet callers, direct visitors, and support a welcoming community.

This role requires a caring attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays. Previous office/reception experience and comfort working with older adults are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer high level hospitality to residents, guests and employees.
• Manage front desk duties including answering the phone with proper greetings and directing visitors.
• Ensure lobby/front porch area is clean and free of trash.
• Assist with lobby activities and leading weekend/evening activities when less traffic occurs.
• Assist with other general office tasks upon request.
