True Connection Communities is seeking a friendly Concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents and guests at our Michigan senior living community. The role involves receptionist duties, guest welcome, call screening, mail handling, and basic clerical tasks in a professional, hospitality-driven setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• This role requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential.
• Experience in public/customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression to residents and visitors.
• Answer and screen calls, route messages, and greet guests.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Assist with clerical tasks and mail processing.
• Support management with administrative duties as needed.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in and tour information.
• Manage transportation sign-ups and RSVP requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and club/community information.
