Job summary

Monarch Spring Meadows Senior Living in Connecticut seeks a courteous Concierge to greet residents and visitors, support sales and marketing inquiries, and provide clerical assistance across departments. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $20.60 per hour. You will screen calls, manage mail, maintain emergency contact logs, monitor security systems, and help with office supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse people.
• Experience working with the senior population and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers and screens calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provides information to inquiries and supports sales/marketing efforts.
• Performs clerical tasks and assists with office operations.
