Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-service mindset. Prior hospitality or senior living experience is preferred, with background checks and health screenings required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel).
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screenings required (TB test).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center operations and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
