The Concierge collaborates with the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director on marketing and recruitment efforts, maintains a welcoming Bistro area, and supports general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the Senior Living industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the community entry area for visitors, guests and residents, greeting warmly and offering beverages.
• Answers incoming calls and resident calls with prompt, friendly greetings.
• Takes and communicates messages accurately with caller details.
• Provides a concise overview of community services to inquiries and forwards to the appropriate contact.
• Schedules appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Supports recruitment activities and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintains a welcoming Bistro area, monitors ambience and cleanliness.
