Job summary

Seasons at Southpoint is seeking a Concierge to join their team. The Concierge greets potential residents and families, handles calls, and provides a community overview to inquiries in support of the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director.

Additional duties include assisting with recruitment processes, data entry, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in common areas and the Bistro. Monday–Friday shifts and on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors and manage external and internal calls.
• Provide a community overview to inquiries and route to the appropriate director.
• Assist recruitment processes and capture candidate information on-site for the recruitment pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments (e.g., hairdresser, transportation) for residents and family members.
• Take and communicate messages accurately with caller details.
• Maintain a pleasant atmosphere in common areas, monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness and music.
