Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Associate in Naples, FL. This part-time role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 3 pm–11 pm) to welcome residents, coordinate concierge services, and support families and guests with personalized solutions.

You will handle call routing, message taking, transportation coordination, and RSVP management, while maintaining a safe, welcoming reception area and leveraging office technology.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred.
• One to two years of working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for all residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Understands the customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings and routes calls appropriately.
• Coordinates services for residents and families (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation).
• Connects with new residents and families within the first week of arrival to welcome them and provide information.
