The position emphasizes coordinating medical records tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with nursing staff and families to ensure a welcoming, resident-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident appointments and coordinate transportation arrangements.
• Assist Medical Records Director as needed.
• Complete admission-related tasks, including room orientation and resident inventories.
• Maintain accurate records and resident confidentiality.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, department leaders, residents, families, and community providers.
• Support a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity and service.
