Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a community relations/marketing professional to drive resident-focused outreach and high-commitment teams. You will manage external marketing contacts, community events, tours, and volunteer programs, while collaborating with leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and publicity for the residence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living Sales preferred.
• Ability to develop community outreach plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to support multiple community programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer comments and requests for action.
• Develop and manage community outreach plans with general consumers and area partners.
• Conduct residence tours and handle inquiries from visitors.
• Plan and oversee activities/events to generate community involvement.
• Produce a monthly community relations/events calendar and materials.
• Coordinate monthly events to connect professionals and the community with Morning Pointe.
• Engage in 15-20 external marketing contacts weekly to build referral relationships.
• Input contacts and events into You’ve Got Leads and maintain databases.
• Ensure family/community awareness of events through mailings and flyers.
• Provide weekly activity reports and monthly plans to leadership.
• Assist with keeping the residence tour-ready and participate in the Manager on Duty program.
