Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living seeks a Community Relations & Marketing Leader to join the management team. This role focuses on resident-focused outreach, referral partnerships, tours, events, and community engagement to drive resident satisfaction and occupancy.

The position emphasizes external marketing, volunteer outreach, and collaboration with the Life Enrichment Director and Executive Director to maintain tour readiness and strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales preferred.
• Strong community relations and external marketing skills.
• Ability to develop volunteer/outreach plans and events.

Responsibilities

• Immediate response to customer comments and requests.
• Develop and oversee community relations/events calendar.
• Conduct residence tours and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate external marketing contacts to build referral relationships.
• Drive monthly communications and outreach materials.
• Support Executive Director to ensure the residence is tour-ready.
• Assist with volunteer program development and deployment.
• Provide weekly reports of activities and results.
• Support other residence departments as needed.
