Job summary

Prestige Senior Living – Auburn Meadows is seeking a Community Relations Director to drive occupancy through tours, outreach and relationship-building in Auburn, WA. You will market the community as a premier senior living option and nurture referrals while representing the brand with compassion and professionalism.

The role requires a two-year Associate Degree and sales/marketing experience; travel with a valid license is expected.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate Degree and at least one year of sales/marketing experience or two years in the space.
• Experience with budgets, closing sales and public speaking is needed.
• Access to a personal car and ability to travel frequently with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and carry out marketing calls and inbound presentations to discharge planners, doctors' offices and senior centers.
• Meet census goals by ongoing communication with leadership and partners.
• Conduct community tours, home visits and assessments highlighting services and lifestyle.
• Maintain databases, paperwork and reports for leadership on inquiries, tours and moves.
• Represent the community positively to prospective residents and families and referral sources.
