Job summary

Westmont of La Mesa, part of Westmont Living, Inc., seeks a compassionate Community Relations Director to build relationships with residents and families and drive occupancy at our assisted living community in La Mesa. You will qualify needs, present solutions, and coordinate post-sale activities to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes fast-paced environment handling, excellent customer service, and proficiency with software tools; successful candidates will undergo health and background

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships; discovery of clients’ needs and communicating effective solutions.
• Closing deals and post-sales activities to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Demonstrating a strong customer service mentality in a healthcare community.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer software to manage contacts and data.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screenings such as TB and drug tests.
• Must obtain basic first aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
