Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Associate at The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA. You will support the Community Relations Director and team, coordinating sales events, handling lead data, and guiding potential residents and families through the admissions process.

This role is 80% administrative and 20% sales, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and occasional event hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Support sales initiatives and coordinate sales events and materials.
• Provide administrative support: calendars, inquiries, appointments, tours, data entry, and records.
