Job summary

Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Resident Assistant for The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA. Shifts run Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting the Community Health team with direct resident care and supervision of fellow assistants.

The role requires CNA or Home Care Aide certification, Nurse Delegation, and prior long-term care or home health experience, with opportunities for CEUs and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide all aspects of personal care to older adults at all functional levels.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required

Responsibilities

• Lead RA on shift, directing other Resident Assistants and providing direct resident care.
• Provide personal care services and exceptional clinical observation of residents.
• Assist with routine administrative activities as determined by the supervisor.
