Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Associate in Bellevue, WA, to support the Community Relations team at The Gardens at Town Square. You will engage with potential residents and families, assist with events, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth transitions into the community.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM, with flexibility for events. The role emphasizes customer service, coordination, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and assist in sales initiatives to help meet targets.
• Provide administrative support, manage calendars, inquiries, tours, and data entry.
