Job summary

Era Living's The Gardens at Town Square in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a part-time Lead Resident Assistant to join the Community Health team. The role includes supervising fellow Resident Assistants on the shift and delivering direct personal care and clinical observation to residents.

Available shifts are Tuesday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Qualifications include a CNA or Home Care Aide certification, Nurse Delegation, and a minimum of two years in long-term care; company benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA or Home Care Aide Certification required.
• Nurse Delegation certificate required.
• Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving training preferred.
• Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead RA on shift, supervise other RAs and provide direct resident care.
• Provide personal care and clinical observation for residents.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks as directed by supervision.
