Job summary

Era Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Lead Resident Assistant to join the Community Health team at The Gardens at Town Square. Shifts run Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a competitive benefits package and CEU opportunities provided by the company.

The role involves supervising fellow Resident Assistants, delivering direct resident care, and performing essential administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CNA or Home Care Aide Certification required.
• Nurse Delegation certificate or equivalent.
• Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals.
• Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia knowledge.
• Keeps NAC CE hours (12 hours).
• 2+ years in Home Health, SNF or long-term care.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of working with older adults and memory impairment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Assistant provides direction to other RAs on shift and supports resident care.
• Delivers personal care services and observes residents clinically.
• Performs routine administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
