Job summary

Era Living is seeking a part-time Recreation Assistant for The Gardens at Town Square Community in Bellevue, WA. You will help plan and lead resident activities, including cognitive enrichment and fitness, while supporting a caring team in a senior living setting.

Shifts are Mon, Thu, and Fri from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a workweek under 20 hours. Benefits include 401(k) retirement with match, paid time off, holiday pay, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have valid WA state driver's license and driving record
• Experience leading group activities and fitness programs preferred
• Experience using computers: Word, Publisher and Excel
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead small and large resident recreation activities, including cognitive enrichment and fitness classes
• Coordinate off-site outings and social programming while ensuring resident safety and confidentiality
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment team to enhance quality of life for residents
