Senior Living - Community Life Assistant/Activity Assistant

Job Category: Community Life - Life Enrichment

Location: Multiple Cities, over 30 locations across the metro area
Schedule: AMs & PMs – we will work with you!

Wage Range: $17.50-$22.50 an hour depending on years of experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

1. Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
3. Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
