Boden of Apple Valley - Community Life/Activities Assistant

Join our team as a Community Life/Activities Assistant at Lifespark's Boden of Apple Valley. Located in Apple Valley, MN, this vibrant senior living community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Opened in July 2022, we are dedicated to helping seniors Age Magnificently in a beautiful 64-unit community.

Position Details

• Shifts: Part Time, Thursdays 1pm-6pm, Fridays 9am-4pm, every other weekend 10am-4pm
• Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, and implementing community life and wellness programs.
• Facilitate group programs efficiently and promote wellness dimensions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers to foster positive relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
• Advanced computer skills, including email use.
