Location: Multiple Cities, over 30 locations across the metro area

Schedule: AMs & PMs - we will work with you!

Wage Range: $17.50-$22.50 an hour depending on years of experience

About the Role

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing community life and wellness services and programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  2. Facilitate group programs efficiently and on time.
  3. Promote wellness dimensions within community programs.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers to foster positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email usage.
