Boden Coon Rapids - Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant

Join our team at Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, as a Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant. Located just outside downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota, we provide Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a 54-unit apartment-style community. Join us to help seniors Age Magnificently!

Shifts & Compensation

Part-time, 30 hours/week, flexible schedule, every other weekend required. Wage: $17.50-$22.50 based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  • Facilitate group programs efficiently and promote wellness dimensions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers to foster positive relations.
  • Drive the facility bus as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email usage.
