Job summary

HarborChase, LLC in Florida seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community (Assisted Living, Memory Care, and related services) and ensure high-quality resident care within budgetary guidelines.

The role requires servant leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on management of operations, safety, staffing, and occupancy. You will collaborate with families, residents, and department heads to uphold HarborChase standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in health services or business.
• ECC and/or CORE Training certification as required for facility administration.
• CRM/regs knowledge and experience with IL, AL, MC, SNF standards.
• Strong leadership with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L implications.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and staff at all levels.
• Proven decision-maker with integrity and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees resident relations programs; solicits feedback.
• Establishes relationships with department heads to ensure care quality.
• Oversees nursing services (if applicable) and daily care quality.
• Monitors and improves resident care, safety, and compliance.
• Leads budget development and cost control strategies.
• Manages occupancy, marketing, and community relations.
• Oversees recruitment, training, and performance of staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and protects resident information.
• Represents the residence to families and regulatory bodies.
