White Pine/Gracewood Senior Living seeks a results-driven Community Support Manager to lead communities in alignment with company objectives. The role focuses on motivating teams, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving KPI-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate will partner with the Assisted Living Director, nurture staff relationships, and identify growth opportunities to meet future goals. Willingness to travel across communities is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of traveling to different communities.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Assisted Living Director to drive occupancy, compliance and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster a collaborative environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across operations.
• Monitor performance metrics like resident satisfaction and staff retention; take proactive actions.
• Provide feedback and training to help leadership achieve goals.
