• Exceptional persuasive problem-solving abilities.

• Achieve revenue goals through lead generation and conversion activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers to increase awareness and move-ins.
• Collaborate with General Manager/Executive Director to implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Review sales data to set and achieve targets.
