Job summary

Prestige Senior Living – Arbor Place in Medford, OR seeks a Community Relations Director to serve as the brand ambassador for the memory care community, driving occupancy and building referral networks. You will lead engaging tours, market the community, and cultivate relationships with local healthcare partners to promote a welcoming home-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate Degree required; one year of sales/marketing experience or two years in sales/marketing within senior living preferred.
• Must have access to a personal car and be able to travel frequently with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and carry out marketing calls and inbound presentations by contacting discharge planners, doctors' offices, senior centers and other organizations.
• Meet census goals by maintaining ongoing communications with leadership and communities.
• Conduct community tours, home visits, and assessments highlighting services, lifestyle and benefits of the community.
