Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a community-focused sales professional to grow awareness of Arbor Terrace Morris Plains in Morris Plains, NJ. As Community Sales Director, you will cultivate referral partnerships, generate leads, and drive occupancy by collaborating with the Lead Community Sales Director and local healthcare providers.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage relationships with families and professionals, and represent the community at events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience; senior living or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with professional referral sources throughout the Morris Plains market.
• Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and elder care professionals.
• Generate new qualified leads and referral opportunities.
• Create and execute outreach plans to increase awareness and occupancy.
• Represent Arbor Terrace Morris Plains at networking and community events.
• Plan events to strengthen referral relationships and drive inquiries.
• Follow up with referral partners, prospects, and families.
• Support the overall sales strategy with the Lead Community Sales Director.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and CRM data.
• Track outreach results to strengthen strategies.
