MorningStar Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a Senior Living Community in Centennial. This full-time role leads the community through vision and values, overseeing daily operations, resident and family services, and engagement initiatives.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience in senior living operations. Comprehensive benefits and a culture of servant leadership are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years Executive Director or related experience in a senior living environment.
• Demonstrated competence in financial expense and budget management.
• HR: staffing, team member development and oversight of employment policies.
• Building maintenance and presentation skills.
• Facilitation of a sales culture and leadership in a senior living environment.
• Compliance with clinical requirements and best practices.
• Resident and family dialogue, activities and relationship management.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.

• Ensure resident well-being, activities, safety and quality assurance.
• Manage financial control and regulatory compliance; prepare reports.
