Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations in Centennial, CO. This role leads the community sales effort under the Executive Director, driving occupancy through established processes while upholding our core values of honesty, respect, kindness, goodness, fairness, and love.

The position features a fulltime schedule with Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu shifts, exempt status, a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 plus monthly commission, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the local market for events and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-focused relationships with leads and prospects and move opportunities through the sales process to gain commitment.
• Track leads and sales activities in a CRM; maintain accurate records.
• Develop short and long-range marketing plans; set goals to meet lead and lease targets.
• Make outbound sales calls to schedule community visits.
• Handle admissions-related financial arrangements and collect required information.
• Coordinate Resident Assessments and ensure timely state-mandated paperwork.
• Promote and facilitate on- and off-site events to drive leads and tours.
• Generate leads and move-ins from referrals; conduct market analysis and adjust pricing plans.
• Lead the sales team: hire, train, and motivate; conduct weekly strategy meetings; review performance metrics.
