Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Allentown Senior Living Office. This role coordinates high-quality home care, supports field staff, and helps grow the office's success by building strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and senior living communities.

You'll lead client service delivery, manage an assigned caseload, monitor operations, and collaborate with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Healthcare/home health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare is a plus.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and scheduling.
• Manage and grow an assigned caseload.
• Build relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and senior living communities.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor admissions, Medicare utilization, and referral outcomes.
• Support growth of the Allentown Senior Living office.
