Qualifications

• Prior experience with line cooking, with an emphasis in fine dining.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to prep guides and recipes.
• Assures that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation and punctually.
• Prepares meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures.
• Prepares meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines.
• Resolves resident food and/or food service complaints graciously and promptly.
• Assures food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines.
• Assures kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor.
• Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule.
