Job summary

Longevity Senior Living in Granite City, IL is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and related tasks. You will work closely with nursing and engagement teams to promote dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, and CNA/STNA/HHA credentials are preferred. You'll document care in the electronic record, assist with mobility, bathing, grooming, and daily activities, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA/STNA/HHA certification preferred or required per state regulations.
• Experience with ADLs and dementia care is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and document accurately.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide resident comfort, respond to calls, and report observations to nursing staff.
• Maintain dignity, safety, and confidentiality for residents.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Assist with planned activities and mobility support.
• Follow safety policies and universal precautions.
