Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is hiring a part-time Caregiver in St. Charles, IL. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in daily activities. You’ll support dining services and help maintain a warm, clean environment while communicating with families and care leaders.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+, and CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain). Competitive pay with benefits and paid training offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate with families and care leaders.
