Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior caregiving experience in senior living, home health, or healthcare setting preferred.
• State-specific credential (e.g., STNA/CNA/HHA) preferred or required per community/state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid preferred; willingness to obtain within 30–60 days if required.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and customer-service skills; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks as directed and per care plan.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records electronically.
• Collaborate with nursing and engagement teams to promote residents' dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.
• Report observations promptly to nursing supervisor and maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to mandated reporting requirements; support residents and staff as needed.
