Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, person-centered environment. You will support meals, housekeeping, and mobility, while maintaining safety and quality of care under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to infection control and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Basic reading/writing skills and ability to speak English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Provide meals, housekeeping and laundry support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Document care via CareStream and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies and participate in training.
