Zusammenfassung

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a senior living community.

The role requires completion of a PCA program, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have successfully completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations as applicable.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate individuals (e.g., HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to the position.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergency alerts.
