Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and support with activities of daily living for residents in our community.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, safety checks, documenting resident status, and responding to emergencies with calm professionalism. A high school diploma and PCA training are required, with CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved PCA program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and a cooperative team member.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Support activity planning and participation for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Communicate resident status and needs to the team.
