Job summary

Willow Creek Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care / Staffing Coordinator to cover every shift and ensure each resident receives personal, dignified care in a 24‑hour setting.

You’ll develop NSPs, coordinate pharmacy and medical equipment, supervise CNAs, manage schedules, and liaise with families, physicians, and home health providers.

Competitive pay of $25–$30/hour; on‑call duties and compliance with HIPAA and elder-care regulations apply.

Qualifications

• LPN, RN or CNA with experience in senior/long-term care.
• Scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple care plans, documentation, and schedules.
• Clear, empathetic communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort using computer systems for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Annual TB screening and facility policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update NSPs based on resident assessments.
• Liaise with residents, families, physicians, pharmacy, and home health providers.
• Conduct health risk assessments and analyze incidents.
• Coordinate medication management and monitoring.
• Build and manage care staff schedules; on-call coverage.
• Track call-offs and find coverage for open shifts.
• Supervise caregivers and CNAs; assist onboarding and training.
• Keep resident records accurate and audit care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regs.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in facility meetings.
