Job summary

Willow Ridge Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly organized Staff Coordinator/CNA to ensure proper staffing and quality care for patients. You will coordinate daily staff requests, maintain scheduling across shifts, monitor attendance, and support payroll processes under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staff requests and fill them efficiently
• Maintain an accurate system for tracking staff across shifts
• Coordinate staff to meet facility requirements
• Monitor overtime and attendance of employees
• Provide facility tours to new hires
• Maintain schedules for rotating staff
• Secure coverage for vacancy shifts
• Work with payroll to verify payroll accuracy
• Review vacation requests before approval
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing
