Supervise caregivers and CNAs, create assignment sheets, and help with onboarding and training
Keep accurate resident records and audit care delivery
Make sure the community meets state and federal regulations
Take part in facility meetings and committees as directed by leadership
Respond appropriately to emergencies
A role with real ownership over both resident care and how the team runs
A smaller assisted living setting where you get to know residents and families personally
A team that values organization, follow‑through, and compassion
Competitive pay of $25–$30/hour
LPN, RN, or CNA with experience in senior care or long‑term care
Scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple care plans, documentation, and schedules
Clear, empathetic communication with residents, families, and staff
Comfort using computer systems for scheduling and documentation
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, move throughout the day, and lift up to 25 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
Annual TB screening and physical per facility policy
This role involves working in a 24-hour care environment serving seniors, including residents with cognitive impairment. It may include weekend, holiday, and on‑call duty, emergency response, and exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
