Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner to join a dedicated team focused on empowering residents to live life to the fullest. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and routine tasks, while supporting residents’ independence and spiritual needs.

The team emphasizes compassionate communication, timely responses to calls, and strong adherence to care plans, infection control, and safety protocols in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and report changes to supervisors.
• Communicate with Health & Wellness Director and other departments as needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per established procedures.
• Do laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and consider residents' personal and spiritual needs.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Prioritize tasks to meet changing resident needs.
• Communicate care changes to the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments.
• Respond to pendant/wearable calls promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• Be prepared for emergencies and disasters.
