Job summary

Artis Senior Living in Cincinnati is hiring a full‑time Care Partner (CNA) on second shift (3pm–11pm). Starting pay is $17 per hour, and every other weekend is required.

Care Partners support residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, respond to calls, and document care in partnership with clinical staff. We offer competitive medical, dental and vision plans, paid holidays, 3 weeks of PTO, a 401(k) with employer match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if state requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, eating, etc.
• Assist with personal and household chores, such as tidying up room, errands, delivering mail and/or newspapers.
• Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently.
• Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor’s requests and correct environment hazards in a timely, appropriate and safe manner.
