Rocky Mountain Assisted LivingColorado is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to oversee our communities. The role requires compassion, reliability, and at least 2 years of management experience in senior living, plus QMAP and First Aid certifications.

You will report to the Executive Director and support House Managers and staff. This full-time position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO, with a typical 8-hour shift and occasional on-call weekends.

Competenze

• Must have a Valid QMAP.
• Must have a passion for quality elder care.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Minimum 2 years management experience in senior living
• Current QMAP Certification
• Current First Aid Certification
• 21 years of age or older
• Experience caring for elderly in memory care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Mansioni

• Supports House Managers, Wellness Director, HR and other coordinators.
• Oversees and manages House Managers, Caregivers, and QMAPs.
• Provides ongoing education and support to staff.
• Coordinates biweekly House Manager meetings and trainings.
• Develops trainings with South Resident Care Coordinator.
• Executes monthly staff meetings and in-services.
• Interviews and hires team members; conducts background checks.
• Visits each assigned home daily to ensure safety and order.
