MorningStar Senior Living in Denver seeks an Assisted Living Coordinator to hire, train, and supervise caregivers and med techs while monitoring resident care needs and coordinating with the Wellness Director. You will maintain records, administer medications, and support negotiated service plans for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in long-term care or assisted living leadership, with state-approved med administration training and a first aid certificate.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of health related experience in long-term care or assisted living supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of State approved Medication Administration training and a current first aid certificate as required.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and med techs.
• Monitor resident care needs and alert Wellness Director of changes in condition.
• Maintain resident records and Daily Log; ensure infection control guidelines are followed.
• Prepare and administer medications according to procedure.
• Develop and maintain resident negotiated service plans and assessments.
• Schedule change of condition assessments and negotiate service plan meetings with residents and families.
